Early afternoon & I join Shinta & the rest of the Al Amin tour group to do the 3rd Umroh. I reasoned if I can finnish a marathon when 30% of first timers fail to finish, I can finish my 2nd Umroh. Of course the marathon was 42km & 30 years ago - but I didn't have to run it in 40o C temperature, with bare feet.
